Curved Aluminium Fence Panel

This customer had already purchased pre-fabricated, powdercoated aluminium fencing but wanted a curved external corner incorporated. The fencing company or local metal shops weren't interested in making this as they knew the difficulty in bending the curved horisontal rails. This was the most technical part on this project. A jig was made, the aluminium box section top and bottom rails were heated and curved around the jig to obtain the desired curve. Then the verticals were welded on and end caps installed to the tops. The entire panel was then sent to be powdercoated to match the existing panels before installed. The end result looked great.
